After you create your Medicom account and sign in, we make it easy to control your shopping experience on Medicom Store by visiting the following sections: My Profile: You can update your name, contact details (phone/address), and subscribe to the Medicom newsletter. My Orders: You can view past and existing orders and take actions including tracking an order, messaging the seller, and more. My Favourites: You can view items you've saved to view later.

How do I save items to view later?

If you're shopping on Medicom Store and find an item you would like to save for viewing later, simply log-in and click the on the product page to save the item to your Favourites. When you come back later, simply visit My Favourites to view the items you saved.


How do I pay for a purchase?

For your convenience, Medicom offer multiple payment methods. Whatever your choice, you can rest assured that Medicom is working to keep your transaction safe. You can help by paying online at checkout so Medicom can hold your payment temporarily and more easily refund you if things go wrong. How do I check the current status of my orders?

Sign in to your Medicom account and visit the My Orders section. From there, you can view information on all your orders.

What are the different order statuses and what do they mean?

NEW: Your order has been received and is being processed. SHIPPED: Your order has been marked as shipped and is on its way to you. DELIVERED: The merchant has marked your order as delivered awaiting your confirmation. (After 3 days, this status may automatically update to "Delivery Confirmed" unless you state otherwise.) DELIVERY CONFIRMED: Your order has been delivered. DELIVERY DISPUTE: You have requested cancellation of an order that has been shipped. CANCELLED: The order has been cancelled.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary?

Medicom Laboratory Store is a true online marketplace. This means that not all products on are delivered by a particular Courier services. Given the various factors involved (time it takes to ship, the courier company used, delivery times may vary.

Something went wrong with my order, what can I expect?

If you recently received your order and something is wrong, please email or call 08037038279 and provide details as soon as possible. Depending on the exact issue and whether you paid before delivery or paid on delivery, different resolutions can occur. But in all cases, Medicom Laboratory will offer support and will try to work with the seller to offer a resolution quickly, such as a repair, replacement, refund upon return, instant refund, or other form of compensation as applicable. However please note that returns or replacements may not be available in the following cases: 1. Damages due to misuse of product 2. Any consumable item which has been used or installed 3. Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers 4. Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty 5. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered; Items with No Returns policy
